The waste valve you came from, part # T58 is not a valve that uses glue because it is designed to attach to the RV side and the waste tube with the bayonet adapters on each side of the valve. The difference between these models is the connection points for the black and gray water pipes. A hub will fit over a pipe while a spigot will fit inside of a pipe. You'll just need to choose the correct connection type for your current piping.

What I strongly recommend instead that will fix your problem is the Flush King Reverse Flush Valve for RV Holding Tanks and Sewer Hoses - 3" Diameter # F02-4350 because it is designed for the exact problem you are having. It will flush the hoses so the waste water does not stay the "T" on your photo. It would require you to hook up a hose, Flushing Hose for RV Sewer System # W01-4180 (15 feet) or # W01-4300 (25 feet) but would be the remedy to your issue.

I would love to help but I am a bit confused by your question. The Camco RV Gray-Water Drain Adapter part # CAM39322 is an adapter that allows you to drain your gray water tank at a dump station. This in itself would not stop odor from traveling though your waste hose, into the gray tank, and then into your trailer but that is why you have p-traps on all of your drains.
